Leave London Paddington 8:00 am - arrive Oxford

Christ Church Great Hall - built in the time of Cardinal Wolsey, and the inspiration for Hogwarts Hall in the Harry Potter films.

Christ Church Medieval Kitchen - built in the time of Cardinal Wolsey with much of the original fabric remaining.

St Frideswide's Cathedral - established as a priory of Augustinian canons regular, in 1122. The fabric is mainly Romanesque and Perpendicular

Preprandial sherry in Peckwater Quad - a glass of Christ Church sherry in one of the 'sets' in the 18th century Peckwater Quad

Lunch in the famous Oxford Pub 'The Mitre' which is partly 1630 and partly 18th century

Church of ST Mary the Virgin, Waterperry - partly Saxon (with remains of the chancel arch), with some good medieval glass.

Rycote Chapel - this 15th-century chapel has original furniture, including exquisitely carved and painted woodwork.
